UsingOmniFocus.com is now BeingProductive.org!

Over the last couple of weeks, those of you who’ve visited Using OmniFocus may have seen some odd going’s on: crashes, redirects, and the like.

I’m not sure what goes into making the Internet run these days, but whatever the magic used, UsingOmniFocus.com has now successfully become BeingProductive.org.

First off, I must say that I’m every bit as committed to OmniFocus as I’ve ever been. I still use it all the time and find it a wonderful touchstone to getting my work done well. I plan to continue writing about making it do its stuff.

Secondly, many of my recent posts have been about productivity in general. In fact, even starting with the first edition of Creating Flow with OmniFocus, I believe that much of that book’s strength is not just about the ins and outs of OmniFocus itself. More so, it has been about an approach to work and getting to do those things that we find most fun, engaging, and meaningful.

In fact, the last two products, Workflow Mastery and Being Productive have been tool agnostic, instead entirely being about the workflow in general and finding calm focus, respectively.

So, I plan to continue that trend in posts and the like.

Thirdly, I’m looking at other programs outside of task management to write about. Whether I do so or not, I’m not sure yet, but it's nice to have that door open.
